Energy hierarchy and carbon calculations
The assessment considers demand reduction, efficient building services, low-carbon heat and renewable energy. SAP or SBEM outputs are used where appropriate to quantify baseline and proposed emissions and demonstrate the improvement achieved.
London Plan Energy Statements
For London projects, we address the energy hierarchy, Be Lean, Be Clean and Be Green stages, regulated carbon performance and relevant borough requirements, coordinating with the design team as proposals develop.
