We model the proposed dwelling using its geometry, fabric specification, thermal bridging, heating, hot water, ventilation, lighting and renewable technologies. The assessment shows whether the design meets the relevant Part L targets before construction details are fixed.
A practical route to a pass
Where a design falls short, we identify the measures with the greatest effect and explain the trade-offs clearly. Options may include fabric improvements, air permeability, heating efficiency, ventilation, thermal bridging and solar PV.
As-built SAP and final evidence
At completion, the SAP calculation is updated to reflect the building as constructed. We review product information, air-test results, commissioning details and site evidence so the final compliance reports and EPC can be produced without avoidable delay.
