Overheating assessment

We assess glazing, orientation, shading, ventilation openings and other design factors to determine overheating risk. Early assessment leaves more options available and reduces the chance of disruptive façade or ventilation changes later.

Water-efficiency calculations

Part G calculations estimate daily water use from the proposed sanitaryware and fittings. We provide a clear schedule of the flow rates and capacities required to achieve the project target.

02What information is needed for a water calculation?+

We need the proposed flow rates or product data for taps and showers, WC flush volumes, bath capacity and any specified appliances.

03Can you assess highly glazed homes?+

Yes. Highly glazed dwellings may need closer review of solar gain, shading and ventilation, and in some cases a more detailed assessment route.
