Testing coordinated with the energy model
Air-pressure testing measures uncontrolled leakage through the building envelope. We coordinate the test with the design-stage SAP or SBEM target so the result can be incorporated into the final compliance assessment without unnecessary delay.
Prepare before the tester arrives
A pre-test review can identify common leakage paths around service penetrations, windows, doors, loft hatches, membranes and junctions. This helps the project team understand the test conditions and reduces the risk of avoidable failure at completion.
Clear results and practical next steps
Following the test, the project receives the measured air-permeability result and appropriate test documentation. Where additional work is required, leakage investigation and remedial guidance can be coordinated before a repeat test.
Domestic and non-domestic projects
Testing can be arranged for individual homes, apartment developments, offices, retail units, industrial buildings and mixed-use schemes. Requirements and reporting are matched to the applicable regulations and project location.
