Measured airflow rates at completion
We measure the airflow delivered by extract fans and mechanical ventilation systems at the relevant terminals. The results show whether the installed system achieves the design rates and provides the evidence required for completion.
MEV and MVHR system balancing
Whole-house mechanical extract and heat-recovery systems need to be set up as a complete system. Supply and extract terminals are adjusted, measured and balanced so the dwelling receives controlled ventilation without relying on assumptions.
Commissioning documentation
The final record identifies the system, measured rates, settings and test equipment used. Documentation is prepared for the applicable regional requirements and can be coordinated with SAP, EPC and handover information.
Diagnose shortfalls before handover
Low airflow can result from unsuitable ductwork, excessive bends, crushed flexible duct, blocked terminals, poor fan settings or installation defects. Where readings are insufficient, we explain the likely causes so the installer can target corrective work.
