Fire risk assessments
A fire risk assessment reviews the people at risk, ignition and fuel sources, escape arrangements, fire detection, emergency lighting, management procedures and existing precautions. Findings are recorded with proportionate actions for the Responsible Person.
Fire-door inspections
Door surveys examine the leaf, frame, gaps, seals, glazing, ironmongery, self-closing device, signage and condition of the installation. Each inspected door can be recorded with photographs, defects and a clear priority for corrective work.
Compartmentation and fire-stopping surveys
Compartmentation inspections look for defects that could allow smoke or fire to pass through walls, floors, risers and service penetrations. The resulting schedule identifies observed breaches and provides a practical basis for specialist remediation.
Competent, proportionate reporting
Fire-safety work must reflect the premises, occupancy, height, use and legal duties that apply. We coordinate the appropriate competent specialist and define the survey limitations clearly; laboratory fire-resistance testing is not represented as an on-site inspection service.
